Edge IoT Router XS Specification¶
Datasheet. Release 1.4
Remote monitoring of critical infrastructure with edge computing¶
Pervasive computing systems are capable of collecting, processing, and communicating data. They can adapt to the data’s context and activity. In essence, this means creating a network that can understand its surroundings and improve the human experience and quality of life.
CTHINGS.CO® Edge IoT Gateway XS is a high-performance, industrial-grade 5G router designed for a variety of M2M and IoT applications. Built to industrial standards, it features a quad-core CPU and a cellular module supporting global WCDMA, 4G LTE, and 5G sub-6 GHz NSA and SA networks.
The Edge IoT Gateway XS also features a five-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, RS-232/RS-485 serial interfaces, and digital input/output ports. These capabilities enable users to scale M2M applications that combine data collection and high-speed transmission within limited time and budget constraints.
The CTHINGS.CO® Edge IoT Gateway XS is suitable for a wide range of applications, including smart grids, digital media, industrial automation, telemetry, medical equipment, digital factories, payment terminals, environmental monitoring, water conservation, and many more.
