Edge IoT Router S Specification¶
Datasheet. Release 1.4
Remote monitoring of critical infrastructure with edge computing¶
Pervasive computing systems are capable of collecting, processing and communicating data, they can adapt to the data’s context and activity. That means, in essence, a network that can understand its surroundings and improve the human experience and quality of life.
CTHINGS.CO® Edge IoT Gateway S is a high-performance industrial-grade 5G router designed for a variety of M2M/IoT applications. Built to an industrial standard, it boasts a quad-core CPU and cellular module that supports global WCDMA, 4G LTE, and 5G sub-6 GHz NSA and SA networks.
The Edge IoT Gateway S also touts a 5-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, RS-232/RS-485 serial, and digital input/output ports which enable users to scale up M2M applications combining data collection and high-speed transmission in limited time and budget.
The CTHINGS.CO® Edge IoT Gateway S is a perfect match for several applications such as smart grid, digital media, industrial automation, telemetry, medical equipment, digital factory, payment terminals, environmental monitoring, water conservation, and many more.
